Enterprise Sales Lead

The successful candidate will lead the charge in identifying and securing large enterprise accounts, focusing on driving business growth and revenue targets in international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise customers, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across international markets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring smooth deal execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and gather market feedback.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience within a CPG brand or SaaS platform with an MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 Institutes.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and in-depth understanding of technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with business practices, cultural nuances, legal and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
