
Global Enterprise Growth Manager

The successful candidate will lead the charge in identifying and securing large enterprise accounts, focusing on driving business growth and revenue targets in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise customers, presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across international markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring smooth deal execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and gather market feedback.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience within a CPG brand or SaaS platform with an MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 Institutes.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Strong consultative selling skills and in-depth understanding of technology solutions.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with business practices, cultural nuances, legal and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
