Job Opportunity

The primary role and responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Proposal Management involves documentation, bid preparation (non-technical aspects), internal & external coordination, bid compilation, bid submission (online & offline) and tracking.
  • Coordination & communication with clients, partners, and internal teams is crucial.
  • Maintaining a database for internal Enterprise Resource Planning systems relevant to Business Development/ Marketing is essential.
  • BD Analysis & Market Research Preparation of BD update reports & presentations is required.
  • Support in Marketing (Events & Conferences) activities and coordination is also necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduation degree.

Minimum Experience: 2 Years in Tender preparation and submission is preferred.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English are must-haves.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement, Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities are essential.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting priorities is critical.
