We are seeking an experienced Proposal Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing compelling proposals and presentations, leveraging advanced Microsoft Office skills to create efficiencies in production procedures and enhance workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage proposal content, including drafting, reviewing and editing proposals for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand compliance and quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain pursuit logs, upload completed documents and follow up with stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in proposal management or a similar role.
  • Strong AP Style grammar and proofing knowledge and experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
