Role Overview:The BD Manager for Educational/International Sales is responsible for driving growth, acquiring new business, and expanding our footprint in educational sectors or international markets.
This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring successful collaboration with educational institutions, academic partners, and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the educational and international markets.
- Identify new market opportunities, assess customer needs, and tailor solutions to fit clients within the educational sector or global markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Achieve revenue goals by developing and managing key relationships with educational institutions or international clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term client relationships and repeat business.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or international market expansion, preferably within the educational sector.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
The Office of International Affairs (OIA) aims to broaden educational and employment opportunities for all Medhavi students by providing international apprenticeships, internships, work placements, and job opportunities.
OIA maintains healthy relationships with Indian central and state governments, Indian missions abroad, and diplomatic entities in India to promote inward and outward student/workforce mobility.
