About the Role
The Senior Manager – Export Sales (International Sales) will be responsible for marketing, sales, and distribution in international markets. As the first point of contact for the company in foreign markets, this individual will generate business by maintaining good relations with current distributors and appointing new ones to increase sales.
This role requires experience in developing new markets, supporting existing distributors in commercialization, marketing, promotion, and registrations. The candidate must also be able to get information regarding international market regulations and have experience in international sales/marketing in the pharma industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing leads, converting them into potential customers, servicing existing clients, and developing new clientele in targeted markets. They will also explore possibilities of new orders from existing clients, reply to fresh enquiries, and verify orders for conformity with original orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for marketing, sales, and distribution in the international markets.
- To act as a first point of contact of the company in the foreign market.
- To generate business by maintaining good relations with current distributors & appointing new distributors for increasing business & sales.
- Experience in developing new markets.
- Support existing distributors in commercialization, marketing, promotion, registrations.
- Responsible to get information regarding regulation of International market.
- Experience in international sales/marketing in pharma industry is must.
- Processing leads and converting Leads into Potential Customer.
- Experience in Servicing Existing Clients and developing new clientele in the targeted market.
- Exploring possibility of new orders from the existing clients.
- Experience in Replying for the fresh enquiries of existing clients and further processing.
- Meeting Regulatory requirement of existing as well as potential clients in coordination with regulatory and Packaging Development Department.
- Sending samples for registration to customers in co-ordination with plants and regulatory departments and verification of the same.
- Verifying orders for its conformity with the Original Order.
- Making Quotations and verifying it for its correctness.
- Co-Ordinating with production planning and export department for timely manufacturing and delivery of products for his clients.
- Purchase and ensure delivery of promotional materials and freebies.
- Completing International tender formalities in co-ordination with Regulatory (FDA) and ensure its timely submission.
- Managing clients visit at corporate office and at plant and ensure timely intimation to plant for visit preparedness; Ensure delightful service to all his clients.
- Preparation of Brochures, company literature, product literatures as per international market.
- Preparation of all formalities related to domestic and international exhibitions.
- Suggesting new marketing strategies to management the & implementing the same.
Requirements:
- Prior Experience in Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical Industry.
- 10+ years of experience in International Sales & Marketing.
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
