We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a System Engineer.

**Job Summary:**

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  2. Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  3. Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  4. Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  5. Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
  6. Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  7. Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  8. Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  9. Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  10. Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact.

**Requirements:

  1. 5-7 years of technology support experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  3. Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  4. Experience using: PowerShell, PowerBI, APIs, WebServices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  5. Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere.
  6. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to decompose complex problems.
  7. 4+yrs Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  8. Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
