Job Title: Senior Underwriting Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced underwriters and senior underwriters proficient in end-to-end underwriting, income review, collateral underwriting, and non-QM underwriting. As a senior underwriting specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete underwriting process from initial assessment to final decision.

You will evaluate loan applications, credit reports, and borrower documentation to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline underwriting workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the aforementioned areas and demonstrate flexibility to work night shifts.

Candidates should have strong analytical and decision-making skills, proficiency in interpreting financial documents and appraisal reports, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to maintain an underwriting pipeline that meets established service level agreements.
