Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of HR processes, people management, and compliance to drive organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to selection and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and conduct employee induction sessions.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  • Supporting the implementation of performance appraisal systems and tracking KPIs.
  • Assisting managers in goal setting and reviews.

Furthermore, the HR manager will be tasked with:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records in HRMS.
  • Handling attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
