Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Improve onboarding processes for new hires.
Culture & Employee Experience
  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records and policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance & Development
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes.
  • Help design learning and development programs to upskill employees.
Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian compliance, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in HR leadership. They should possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field, 5–8 years HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A successful HR Specialist will have contributed significantly to the company's growth by fostering a positive work environment, improving employee retention rates, and driving business success through effective people management.
