Job Opportunity:
Sales Development ExecutiveWe are seeking a Sales Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies that result in increased revenue.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Utilize lead follow-up and prospecting techniques to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in B2B sales and marketing for industrial automation.
- Added advantage for experience in distribution or integration.
- Strong product knowledge of Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, ABB, and Allen Bradley.
Please note that industry experience and domain knowledge will be determined by the hiring manager.
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma - Electrical / Instrumentation.
Experience: 2-4 years.
