Drive business growth as a seasoned RPA Sales Professional
- Manage new business opportunities, conduct customer meetings and presentations, generate leads through events.
- Provide technical expertise, execute Proof of Concept exercises, lead RFX responses, coordinate solutions.
- Represent products and services, utilize comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how solutions meet customer needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of full sales cycle experience within the IT Industry, with a strong emphasis on generating new business opportunities.
- Experience selling into specific industries (e.g., Supply Chain/Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail) with deep industry knowledge to tailor solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) is highly preferred, including developing and deploying production bots.
- Proficiency in enterprise-grade application ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday) and their integration within automation strategies.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email, creative problem-solving approach, and analytical skills are essential.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
Prioritize building long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver results. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
