As a Client Engagement Associate – Research, you will play a crucial part in managing inbound client inquiries and converting prospects into long-term relationships.
You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they experience value from the start of their engagement with us.
Your role will involve understanding client requirements, positioning our services effectively, and qualifying leads to drive conversions.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
- Understand client needs and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
- Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
- Nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
