Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead our IT services and consulting efforts. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and driving alignment with their business and IT goals.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends, allowing them to effectively position our company's solutions and services. They will also possess excellent negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technology such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
