**Senior Workday Functional Consultant Position**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business analyst skills combined with extensive knowledge of Workday functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional Consulting, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
