Seeking a skilled Workday Financial Support Specialist to provide top-notch application management and functional support to clients using Workday Financials.

This role requires expertise across core financial modules, a deep understanding of business processes, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

You'll partner closely with clients to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and ensure their Workday environment is stable, optimized, and aligned to their business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in at least three of the following Workday Financials modules: Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Assets, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with Workday EIBs, Workday Reports, and basic security concepts.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Independent Work Environment: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

This role contributes to maintaining the stability and optimization of our clients' Workday environments.
