Job Role Overview:

This role entails collaborating with stakeholders to implement, configure and support Workday Time Tracking solutions. The successful candidate will contribute to project success by conducting workshops, drafting functional specifications, configuring the Workday Time Tracking module, defining testing scenarios and providing user assistance during deployment and transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and analyze time tracking requirements
  • Draft and deliver comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure seamless integration of time tracking processes
  • Work closely with HR, payroll and other stakeholders to define and execute change management initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Information Technology or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support or migration
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly time tracking, attendance policies and compliance
  • Experience in system configuration, testing and user training within Workday
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
