Workday Functional Specialist

This is a key role that plays a pivotal part in delivering solutions for various clients across multiple modules.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritize capacity, and define development timelines.
- Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide support in Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Mentor team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Work effectively with multiple teams and time zones.
- Drive project success through clear, measurable goals and initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining a focus on timelines and quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent technical and functional skills for developing complex solutions.
- Thorough knowledge of Workday configuration and build processes.
- Strong understanding of data migration, conversion, and reporting concepts.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to new skills and learn quickly.
