We are looking for a seasoned M&A professional to lead and support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions (domestic and international) including strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. M&A Strategy & Target Identification
  2. Define growth strategies and prioritize acquisition or joint venture opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic targets.
  4. Deal Execution
  5. Perform valuations and prepare investment memos and board presentations.
  6. Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
  7. Transaction Structuring & Negotiations
  8. Structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements.
  9. Negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure.
  10. Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
  11. Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders.
  12. Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.
  13. Internal & External Stakeholder Management
  14. Collaborate across functions for deal alignment.
  15. Manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Candidates must hold a CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA certification.
Benefits:

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking with a proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.

What We Offer:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is preferred. The right individual will be able to drive business growth through successful mergers and acquisitions.
