Lead Talent Acquisition for Data Analytics

Job Summary: We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our Data Science & Analytics hiring efforts. This role demands expertise in talent acquisition, data analysis, and team management.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring, as well as proficiency in data analysis and trend identification. They will oversee a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, develop sourcing strategies, and drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens.

This key leadership position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment, and project management experience. The successful candidate will report into Human Resources and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future capabilities.

  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
    • Set clear goals and expectations for the team
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture
  • Recruitment Deliverables:
    • Develop sourcing strategy and recruit using multiple channels
    • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team
    • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens
    • Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency:
    • Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances
    • Evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
    • Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
    • Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs within the team
    • Develop appropriate training programs
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members
