Job Description

Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited seeks an experienced Cluster Sales and Growth Manager to lead our operations in the Phulnakhra, Balugaon area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Strategy:
    • Manage and supervise branch operations within the assigned area to ensure achievement of business goals and profitability.
    • Develop and implement cluster strategies to increase outreach, loan portfolio quality, and client retention.
    • Lead by example, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to branch managers and their teams.
  2. Operational Management:
    • Oversee the operations of all branches within the geo, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
    • Monitor the performance of cluster managers, ensuring they achieve operational, financial, and client outreach targets.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between branches and head office, facilitating implementation of corporate strategies and policies.
  3. Business Development and Growth:
    • Identify new market opportunities for growth, ensuring the geo expands its reach to underserved communities and clients.
    • Develop and manage strategies to improve client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, focusing on expanding the microfinance portfolio.
    • Foster partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote the organization's microfinance services.
  4. Financial Management and Reporting:
    • Ensure financial sustainability of all branches within the geo by managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
    • Monitor financial performance metrics such as portfolio quality, loan disbursement, repayment rates, and profitability.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial and operational reports to senior management, highlighting geo-wide performance and areas for improvement.
  5. Risk and Compliance Management:
    • Ensure all branches in the geo comply with internal risk management policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
    • Work closely with risk management teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the geo's operations.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of branch operations to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
  6. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, coach, and mentor cluster managers and their teams, ensuring high performance and employee engagement across the geo.
    • Develop talent pipelines by identifying and nurturing high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the geo.
  7. Client and Community Relations:
    • Foster strong relationships with key community stakeholders, government agencies, and clients to ensure the organization's mission of financial inclusion is achieved.
    • Address high-level client issues, ensuring concerns are resolved promptly and effectively while maintaining a strong reputation for the organization.
