District Business Manager

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of District Sales Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective sales strategies to achieve district targets.
You will also manage and lead a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity, conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 4-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions are essential for this position.
