We are seeking a motivated District Sales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve district targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve district sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to drive improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
