Job Overview

The role of Assistant Branch Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our branches.

This position entails overseeing daily branch activities, managing staff, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, implementing business strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving branch growth and profitability.

  • Manage day-to-day operations in the location.
  • Responsible for resource management of hub for driver, gunmen & custodian.
  • Plan and execute route planning, duty assigning, and audit planning.
  • Ensure timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on the same day as intended.
  • Administer, monitor, and perform operations in line with agreed SLA.
  • Conduct surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid-down processes by the team.
  • Support ATM Executive in collecting, collating, recording, and reporting day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare roster for crew based on route dispatch time.
  • Maintain hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs.
  • Adhere to all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations.

Key Responsibilities:
