Job Description

The role of Store Manager encompasses overseeing the daily operations of a retail branch, ensuring seamless functioning and high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely opening of the strong room at 9:05 A.M. is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Inventory management involves effectively controlling stock levels and jewelry displays to create an aesthetically pleasing environment.
  • Staff attendance reports must be updated on designated platforms for smooth communication.
  • Cash handling requires monitoring and controlling excess funds, ensuring prompt deposit into the branch account.

Customer Service

  • Maintain exceptional service to meet high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Sales and Marketing

  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  • Develop promotional activities, events, and Mela to boost sales.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share and enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards, creating an inviting atmosphere.
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers through regular communication, feedback collection, and personalized interactions.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Design retention campaigns to reduce churn, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize lifetime value.

Team Management
