Job Overview
As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and productivity of a large portfolio. This involves tracking and monitoring the value build up, new acquisitions, and daily sales activities across various products including TPP, Asset products Home loan LAP, Business loan, and personal loan and broking.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and mentor sales staff on retail liabilities products.
  2. Coordinate sales activities with the team.
  3. Ensure prompt complaint/query resolution for service issues.
  4. Monitor and track portfolio hygiene and quality of the team.
  5. Oversee marketing and business development operations for Liabilities Business, lending against Tangible Securities, Third Party Products to achieve increased sales/maximize profit.
  6. Collaborate with external and internal auditors and inspections, operation services, and compliance, as well as quality aspects in Branch.
  7. Verify account opening forms to ensure zero % FTNR.
  8. Work with Internal Audit Team to resolve audit-related queries.

Accountabilities
The overall responsibility lies in Team management and Development, Cost Management, and Revenue Generation.

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. They should also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. In addition, they should have knowledge of retail liabilities products and be familiar with industry trends and regulations.
