Job Title

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to assume a leadership position in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and achieving business objectives in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
