Project Leadership and Technical Expertise

We are seeking an experienced project leader with strong technical skills to manage and execute complex projects in the banking domain.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting abilities, as well as hands-on knowledge of Java, Microservices, and DevOps practices.

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
