We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our software support team.

The ideal candidate will have multiple project experience, software development experience in financial institutions, and over 10 years of industry expertise.

  • Lead and manage the application support, services, and cloud support teams, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning services to meet expectations.
  • Ensure early identification and reporting of possible product defects, actively collaborating with implementation teams and communicating findings to the development team for continuous improvement.
  • Define and implement service delivery strategies, ensuring efficient processes and timely project completion.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and proactively seeking new clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Regular planning with the team and monitoring open tickets
  • Maintaining client relationships and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring support provided is within agreed service level agreements
  • Communicating at all levels among clients, escalation, engineering/development team, and service managers about progress and action plans
  • Demonstrating ownership, making timely, thoughtful, and bold decisions

The successful candidate will have:

  • 10 years of experience in IT companies, well-versed in Microsoft Tech Stack and cloud environment
  • Experience in Level 3 support to enterprise clients such as banks
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science
  • Financial institution experience will be an added advantage
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) would be advantageous
