We are seeking a seasoned Business Leader to spearhead our Solar Energy Operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur for the position of Business Head - Solar Business.

The Business Head will oversee and manage the overall solar business operations, including strategizing business plans, identifying market opportunities, driving sales and revenue growth, and managing team performance.

This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations, and leading initiatives for sustained business development and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • In-depth understanding of the solar energy sector, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient production, distribution, and delivery of high-quality solar energy products and services

Candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales management, and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management and operational oversight
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable
  • Accountable for Profit & Loss (P&L)
