Job Title: Database Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement database structures to optimize performance and data integrity
  • Maintain and improve existing database systems to ensure they continue to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of database solutions into applications
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to ensure minimal downtime in case of system failures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in database administration, preferably in an Oracle RAC environment
  • Strong knowledge of database design, implementation, and maintenance best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Certification (OCP, OCM)
  • Experience with database security products such as Oracle Advanced Security Option (ASO) and Oracle Audit Vault & Database Firewall (AVDF)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as SQL and PL/SQL
