Database Architect

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Architect to join our team. As a key member of our database development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database objects.

\

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, particularly with versions 2016, 2019, and 2022. Hands-on experience with T-SQL development, including the creation of stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views is essential.

\

In addition to SQL Server skills, a working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including procedures, packages, and functions, is highly desirable. Experience with SSIS or equivalent ETL tools is also required.

\

Responsibilities include performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis, as well as supporting cross-platform integration with Oracle databases. A strong understanding of backup/recovery strategies, high availability, and disaster recovery is also necessary.

\

Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with application developers to design normalized and scalable data structures.

Key qualifications include:

  • 6–7 years of total IT experience with 5–6 years in SQL Server database development\
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022)\
