Job Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Maintenance Support Specialist.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of utilities, HVAC and water systems.

  • To ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Management System (QMS) and safety regulations while performing maintenance activities.
  • To follow the principles of ALCOA+ when documenting maintenance records, calibration and logbooks.
  • To support the upkeep of equipment qualification, validation and calibration as per schedule.
  • To ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and participation in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs.
  • To monitor service floor activities and utilities to guarantee uninterrupted services.
  • To report repeated breakdowns, deviations and unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.
  • To assist in energy conservation projects, preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • To raise purchase requisitions for spares/materials and coordinate inventory management.
  • To maintain compliance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), statutory/legal regulations.
  • To contribute to maintaining good documentation practices, data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with cGMP, QMS and safety regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
