Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Management: The Unit Support Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and organization of all physical records within the unit, adhering to established protocols and standards.
  • General Cleanliness and Upkeep: This role requires the individual to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Document Handling: The specialist will be responsible for carrying files and other papers between departments, ensuring timely and secure transfer of information.
  • Administrative Support: Additional duties may include photocopying, scanning, sending faxes, and performing other non-clerical tasks as assigned by management.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: As required, the Unit Support Specialist will perform any additional tasks or projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
