Facility Assistant Job Description
  • The primary responsibility of a facility assistant is to maintain the physical integrity of records and documents.
  • The individual will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit, including general cleaning tasks and organization of workspace.
  • Facility assistants will also be required to carry files, papers, and other materials as needed.
  • This role involves photocopying, scanning, and sending faxes in addition to performing various administrative tasks.
  • Additional non-clerical work may include reception duties, answering phones, or assisting with special events.
