We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our organization in India.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering with a focus on optimizing equipment performance and reliability.

This role is responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment and machinery, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed, collaborating with other engineering teams to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime, implementing preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and reduce repair costs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Document all maintenance activities and repairs in a detailed log.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  • Design and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards during maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in maintenance engineering or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards related to maintenance work.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
