Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Specialist in Critical Environment Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the critical infrastructure that keeps our Datacenters up and running. This will involve coordinating with suppliers, identifying safe versus unsafe work environments, and performing various types of maintenance and repairs.

You will also be responsible for responding to onsite incidents, coordinating with other critical facilities professionals, and utilizing internal computerized maintenance management systems to track equipment assets and complete work order requests.

In addition, you will be expected to enhance, develop new, or follow existing emergency operating procedures, methods of procedure, and standard operating procedures in relation to CE operations and incidents. You will also perform various types of maintenance and repairs following established procedures and troubleshoot equipment, systems, subsystems, and components independently within your trained discipline.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mission-critical services work or applied learning experience. This could include experience working in high-availability assembly, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, along with 1+ year(s) of experience in mission-critical services work or applied learning experience. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
