Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Critical Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Mission Critical Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage user access and account provisioning to maintain security and compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
  • Monitor service desk queues to ensure efficient ticket resolution
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
