Sales Growth Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Knightbridge Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads and schedule demos to engage new customers
- Run targeted campaigns to attract new leads and convert them into sales
- Meet existing customers, secure referrals, and maintain strong relationships
- Identify and onboard potential partners to expand our offerings
- Continuously improve lead-to-demo, demo-to-conversion, and revenue generation ratios
- Ensure every prospect experiences our product, improving engagement levels
- Maintain accurate data in CRM tools for seamless lead tracking
Requirements:
- Results-driven and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
