Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including key decision-makers and influencers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IT hardware industry.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
