Amounee is a digital marketplace empowering weavers and artisans by providing them with a global platform to showcase and sell their craft. As we scale, we are looking for a Growth Manager to drive domestic distribution expansion and offline revenue growth.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial growth leader with experience in operations, business development, and sales expansion. This role will focus on scaling offline distribution channels, institutional sales, and B2B partnerships to accelerate Amounee's market presence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Expand Offline Distribution Channels

– Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with multi-brand outlets, concept stores, boutiques, retail distributors, and resellers.
Drive Revenue Growth

– Develop and implement strategies for corporate gifting, institutional sales, and wholesale partnerships.
Market Research & Expansion

– Analyze market trends, identify potential regions for offline expansion, and create go-to-market strategies.
Sales & Partnerships Management

– Build relationships with B2B buyers, resellers, and retail stakeholders to drive revenue.
Cross-Team Collaboration

– Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning.

Who Should Apply?
2-4 years of experience in operations, growth, business development, or sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail growth, fashion, or consumer goods.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Data-driven approach with the ability to track and optimize sales performance.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for handlooms, handicrafts, and ethical fashion is a plus.
