Business Growth Manager:
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Food Ingredients/Beverage market in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted volumes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities and create rapport with potential customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead regular reviews of sales achievements and strategy
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in active sales in the Food Ingredients/Beverage market in India
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Academic background in food processing (food technologist or food science)
- Pleasing and likeable personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
