We are looking for an experienced UX Design Lead who can help us shape the user experience of our enterprise and consumer-facing products.

This is a unique opportunity to join a talented team of designers, product owners, PMs, and developers who are passionate about creating innovative solutions.

As a UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in designing and delivering impactful user experiences. You will need to have a strong foundation in user-centered design methods and usability principles, as well as experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, product owners, PMs, and developers.
  • Ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to present work across different disciplines.
  • Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

Good to have:

  • Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies.
  • Proven experience in creating functional prototypes.
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings.
  • Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.

  • Collaboration and iterative design practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other UX software.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity in design.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.
