Job Opportunity: UI/UX Design Assistant

We're seeking an individual to join our team as a UI/UX Design Assistant. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in real-world projects.

About the Role:

  • Assist in research opportunities, including interviews and surveys.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features.
  • Design intuitive and beautiful interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Participate in design critiques and share feedback openly.
  • Maintain and expand our design system and component library.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design process and projects.
  • Familiarity with core UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with common design tools like Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
