Job Title: UI/UX Design Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Design Lead to spearhead our design team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector, with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.

The successful candidate will lead and inspire a team of designers, manage cross-functional collaboration, create user-centered designs, and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry standards.

  1. Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of designers to enhance their skills in user experience and interface design.
  2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.
  3. User-Centered Design: Create user-centered designs through research, competitor analysis, and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
  4. Design Creation: Develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects.
  5. Industry Insight: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into the design process.
  6. UI/UX Audits & Testing: Perform regular audits and user tests to improve and optimize existing designs, ensuring continuous improvement in user experiences.
  7. Simplify Complex Processes: Transform complex processes into intuitive, simple, and elegant designs that enhance usability and overall user experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Conduct at least one major training session each quarter for the design team.
  2. Successfully design a minimum of 2 websites and 2-3 landing pages per year.
