Job Title: User Experience Design Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to lead our design efforts in creating innovative, user-centered solutions for financial products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design intuitive and engaging interfaces, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.

Responsibilities
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control
  • Develop designs for transparency, trust, and explainability, ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of UX/UI design experience, with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction
