Senior FinTech UX Designer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product UX Designer with in-depth expertise in FinTech to drive the design of digital products and deliver impactful user experiences for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process for FinTech and enterprise products.
  • Translate business requirements into compelling user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Create design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns for consistency across platforms.
  • Advocate for design thinking and contribute to shaping product strategy through design insights.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.
  • Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, particularly in the FinTech domain.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Proven experience in designing FinTech applications, dashboards, and transaction-heavy systems.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Ability to create low to high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.
  • Experience in user research, persona development, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
