As a seasoned operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our branch in Nellore. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and drive business growth.
- Main Responsibilities
- Manage resources including drivers, gunmen, and custodians to maintain efficient service delivery.
- Plan routes and assign duties to team members to optimize productivity.
- Conduct surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid-down processes and prevent cash loss during operations.
- Maintain hard copies of Takeover & Handover documents for ATMs.
- Brief teams on assigned tasks and SOPs of operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Operational Excellence
- Implement tasks assigned by managers in line with client requirements and SLAs.
- Administer, monitor, and perform operations to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Dispatch routes from the Branch/Vault Office in a timely manner to ensure efficient cash management.
- Follow up with Vault officers/Bank officials on cash issuance for ATM replenishment.
- Team Leadership
- Support ATM Executives in collecting, collating, recording, and reporting daily operations to enhance data-driven decision making.
- Prepare crew rosters based on route dispatch times to ensure optimal resource allocation.
