Strategic Partnership Director

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnership Director to spearhead the development and management of partnerships with financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, and government organizations.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic partnership building, hunting, farming, deal negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new partner alliances in assigned segments to drive cash business expansion.
  • Nurture long-term partnerships with financial institutions and government bodies, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Pursue and close deals with new partners, guaranteeing profitable growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: from partner identification, onboarding, go-live, farming, to collections.
  • Cross-sell and penetrate all lines of business into partner accounts, fostering increased revenue streams.
  • Maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for the assigned segment, ensuring optimal performance.

A proven track record in B2B sales, partnership management, or business development within financial services, e-commerce, logistics, or government sectors is essential.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage complex partnerships end-to-end with revenue ownership and P&L accountability.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and partnership success.
