Job Description

As a Deployment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of our customers' businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class solutions and support.

You will be responsible for leading onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup. Your expertise will also be utilized in conducting training sessions for restaurant staff—cashiers, managers, and F&B managers.

Furthermore, you will share best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of our platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
  • Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
