As a key contributor to our organization's success, we are seeking an accomplished Business Solutions Specialist to drive the development and implementation of our CRM system.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, product ownership, and stakeholder collaboration. They will be responsible for defining requirements, scope, and goals for the CRM system within our LOS ecosystem, while ensuring seamless integration with deposit account opening, LOS, and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements to enhance customer relationship management and marketing workflows.
  • Solution Design: Design user-friendly interfaces and workflows for the CRM system, incorporating industry best practices and innovative features.
  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, and provide training to end-users to ensure maximum adoption and utilization of the CRM system.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience with CRM systems and software development methodologies.
